About the role

You are responsible for the implementation of Leadership Development (LD) initiatives in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF).

 

What you will be working on

  • Contextualise, develop, and review organisational development, organisational learning, and conceptual thinking content
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to translate content into curriculum, lesson plans, and learning activities
  • Facilitate or teach related content in programmes and courses
  • Ensure efficient and effective implementation and delivery of LD initiatives

What we are looking for

  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: Leadership and management, Organisational development, Industrial and organisational psychology, Applied psychology, Knowledge management, Learning science, Statistical/market research, Instructional design, Training or Human capital leadership development
