You lead and provide guidance to staff under your purview in the Command regarding Human Resource (HR), welfare and engagement matters. On this, you ensure optimal manpower staffing and resource planning for all servicemen in the Command. You assist in all manpower operations related matters which will include coordinating, facilitating and operationalising various manpower requirements and initiatives in accordance with existing manpower guidelines and directives. You will also be responsible for all manpower operations doctrine development and readiness matters, including conceptualising, planning and maintaining various manpower operation drawer plans. You are required to work closely with the Formation Manpower branches for follow-on management and action.
