Internships
MINDEF welcomes students with a passion for Singapore's defence to join our Internship Programme, which provides you with real-life and practical working experience in assigned departments.
During the internship, which typically spans a minimum period of eight weeks, you will be exposed to challenging and meaningful projects. Guided by experienced supervisors, you will have the opportunity to hone your critical thinking, communication, and presentation skills. Through interactions with colleagues and working counterparts, you will gain valuable experience and grow your professional network. We have many examples of past interns who returned as full-time employees after graduation. If you do well during your internship and are a good fit for MINDEF, you may be the next one!
