Policy/Rates

POINTER journals are available to subscribers at $12.00 for three years subscription ($1.00 per journal issue). Subscribers will also receive complimentary copies of monographs and supplements.

Subscriptions can be made by downloading and completing the subscription form and mail with a cheque for $12 (made to Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Defence) enclosed to this address:

Please note that for your subscription to commence, you will need to provide the Pointer Editorial Team, either through mail or fax at 6799-7071, your receipt from the MINDEF cashier.

All active uniformed SAF Officers, Warrant Officers, Officer Cadets and Military Experts of grade 3 (ME3) and above are compulsory subscribers. DXOs of grade 8 and above are subscribers on an opt-out basis.
