Chief of Navy RADM Sean Wat's Introductory Visit to Thailand

Our Chief of Navy, Rear Admiral (RADM) Sean Wat, was in Thailand earlier this week for an Introductory Visit. 

During his visit, RADM Wat called on the Chief of Defence Force, Royal Thai Armed Forces, General (GEN) Songwit Noonpackdee and Commander-in-Chief, Royal Thai Navy, Admiral (ADM) Adoong Pan-iam. RADM Wat also called on Commander-in-Chief, Royal Thai Fleet, ADM Chatchai Thongsaard and Deputy Commandant, Royal Thai Marine Corps, RADM Apichart Subprasert.

The Republic of Singapore Navy and the Royal Thai Navy share strong defence ties and both navies interact regularly through visits, professional exchanges, course and bilateral exercises such as Exercise Singsiam. These interactions have enhanced the professionalism and mutual understanding between both navies.
