Mr Quek Yee Kian

CITATION
Mr Quek Yee Kian, Director in Sensors Division and Distinguished Member of Technical Staff from DSO National Laboratories, has played a pivotal role in building up the indigenous capability for the design and development of radar remote sensing systems. His contributions cut across multiple domains, from implementation of cutting-edge radar signal processing algorithms to radar systems engineering, that enabled the development of several high impact radar capabilities. Mr Quek has contributed significantly to enhancing the radar surveillance capability for the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF). In recognition of his outstanding achievements and contributions, Mr Quek is awarded the DTP2020 Individual (R&D) Award.
