Minister for Defence to visit Australia for Working Visit

Minister for Defence Mr Chan Chun Sing will make an official visit to Australia from 4 to 5 October 2025.

As part of the visit, Mr Chan will visit Singapore Armed Forces troops who are participating in Exercise Wallaby at the Shoalwater Bay Training Area in Queensland and host an appreciation dinner for federal and regional officials, and leaders from government and the Australian Defence Force.

Mr Chan’s visit underscores the close and longstanding bilateral defence relationship between Singapore and Australia. Mr Chan will be accompanied by Chief of Army Major-General (MG) Cai Dexian and other Ministry of Defence officials.
