Media Reply On The RSAF RESCUE 10 Operation

RESCUE 10 was activated at about 1100H to evacuate a crewman on board a cruise ship, who required urgent medical attention. At the point of activation, the cruise ship was approximately 65 nautical miles away. The crewman was conscious at the point of evacuation. The RESCUE 10 medical team monitored his vitals en route to Singapore General Hospital. In 2023, RESCUE 10 responded successfully to 6 activations.
