The Singapore Armed Forces Concludes Deployment to Indonesia

Senior officers with the Singapore Armed Forces team deployed to support the Indonesian Government’s rehabilitation and reconstruction efforts in Sulawesi, Indonesia.
The Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) concluded its deployment to Indonesia and returned to Singapore this afternoon.
The SAF deployed one Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) C-130 transport aircraft to Indonesia on 21 November 2018 to support the Indonesian Government’s rehabilitation and reconstruction efforts, following the earthquake and tsunami on 28 September 2018. Over the course of seven days, the C-130 aircraft flew over 20 sorties and ferried more than 90 tons of supplies.
