CITATION
Mr Loke Mun Kwong from the Defence Science and Technology Agency (DSTA) has been instrumental in the build-up of advanced sensor capabilities for Singapore's defence. Over the years, he has led many complex large-scale systems integration programmes, and developed key technology masterplans and systems architectures. He has spearheaded the delivery and integration of leading-edge sensors and electronic surveillance systems to enhance the capabilities of the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF). As Director of DSTA's Advanced Systems Programme Centre, he continues to drive innovations in the areas of communications, sensors, and guided weapons. In recognition of his outstanding achievements and contributions, Mr Loke is awarded the DTP2021 Individual (Engineering) Award.
