Senior Minister of State for Defence to Attend 8th Moscow Conference on International Security

Senior Minister of State for Defence Mr Heng Chee How will be in Russia from 23 to 25 April 2019 to attend the 8th Moscow Conference on International Security (MCIS). The annual forum brings together high-level defence, military, and foreign affairs leaders from around the world to discuss a range of security issues.
Mr Heng will speak at the conference on 25 April on the topic – "Regional Security Aspects: Asia, Africa, and Latin America". He will also meet defence leaders from various countries on the sidelines of the conference.
