Reply to Aviation Week's Query on Ebbing Air National Guard Base

With the completion of the Environmental Impact Assessment, the US Secretary of the Air Force confirmed Ebbing Air National Guard Base as the location to host the F-35 Training Unit for Foreign Military Sales participants. This includes the basing of Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF)'s future F-35B fighter aircraft and F-16 fighter training detachment in Continental US, which will be relocated from Luke Air Force Base, Arizona. The Singapore Ministry of Defence/Singapore Armed Forces is working closely with the US Government on the details.
