Judgement on MINDEF's Application for Court Order under Protection from Harassment Act

The Ministry of Defence (MINDEF) notes that the Court has ruled that the statements made by Dr Ting Choon Meng and published by The Online Citizen are false. MINDEF had earlier provided opportunities for these false allegations to be corrected, without success. As a government organisation, MINDEF is held to a high standard of conduct. When false allegations that damage our integrity are made, they can dent public confidence in MINDEF and the government. MINDEF hopes that all parties involved will respect and abide by the Court's decision.
