Mr Christopher de Souza: To ask the Minister for Defence (a) if he can give an update on the progress made by the multinational coalition forces in their fight against the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria; and (b) what is the morale of SAF troops that have been deployed in the surrounding region in support of the coalition forces.
Dr Ng Eng Hen: In response to a separate but similar Parliamentary Question on 19 January 2015, the Minister for Defence has provided an update on Singapore's deployment to the multinational coalition forces in the fight against the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS). Please refer to that reply.
