SAF recognises medical certificates from all registered doctors
We refer to the letter, "How to Cut Waiting Times at Polyclinics" dated 30 Jan 2014 by Dr Yik Keng Yeong. MINDEF would like to clarify that NSmen have the discretion to seek medical consultation from either the public or private health sector. The SAF recognises medical certificates issued by all medical practitioners who are registered with the Singapore Medical Council.
