Minister for Defence Meets with Chinese Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the National People' Congress

Minister for Defence Dr Ng Eng Hen met with the Chinese Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the National People's Congress Fu Ying yesterday on the sidelines of the 50th Munich Security Conference.
The meeting underscores the warm and strong bilateral relationship between China and Singapore. During the meeting, both sides had a wide-ranging discussion on issues of mutual interest including regional geopolitical and security issues.
Dr Ng was on a two-day visit to Munich to attend the 50th Munich Security Conference where he addressed the Munich Young Leaders Round Table on Security Policy and held bilateral meetings with a number of leaders.
