The Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN) and the UK Royal Navy interact regularly, such as through the Five Power Defence Arrangements exercises, as well as cross-attendance of courses. During HMS Spey's port call in Singapore, we are exploring the conduct of activities and interactions such as a passage exercise to enhance mutual understanding.
