Minister for Defence in Germany to Speak at the 60th Munich Security Conference

Minister for Defence Dr Ng Eng Hen will be in Munich, Germany from 16 to 18 February 2024 (Singapore Time) to attend the 60th Munich Security Conference (MSC). This will be the 12th time that Dr Ng is attending the MSC.
While in Munich, Dr Ng will speak at the MSC Main Panel Discussion on the topic "Connecting Hemispheres: Aligning Strategic Priorities in a Multi-Crisis Era", and at the 15th Munich Young Leaders Roundtable. He will also have bilateral engagements with his foreign counterparts.
The MSC is an annual high-level security conference that brings together key foreign affairs and defence leaders from around the world. Conducted annually in Germany since 1963, the conference will be attended by heads of government, defence and foreign ministers, parliamentarians, military leaders and security experts.
