In response to Mr David Boey's article on "Trophy targets in a cyber war: A look at Anonymous Singapore (Anonymous SG) versus the Singapore Government", MINDEF provided the following clarification.
"Dear Mr Boey, to clarify, the Cyber Defence Operations Hub is established to defend MINDEF/SAF military networks against cyber threats."
