The Enhanced Expertise Deployment Scheme, to optimise the deployment of Operationally Ready National Servicemen, has seen about 20% of interested NSmen redeployed under the scheme. Servicemen who sign up for the Work-Learn Scheme undergo a combination of full-time NS followed by Regular service.
