It was my first job choice after graduating. I was attracted by an environment that encourages self-initiated learning.

During my interview, I was intrigued by the idea of making a difference to many individuals with my career specialisation.

I'm always expanding my repertoire of skills and knowledge by taking on a diverse range of tasks and projects.

Work is meaningful when there is autonomy. I feel valued and empowered to accomplish tasks on my own.

My superiors make time to provide feedback on my performance and discuss the different growth paths in MINDEF. This motivates me to work harder towards my goals.
