In my line of work, I identify media coverage and conversations that can impact MINDEF/SAF.
I like that my job is challenging. It pushes me to do more, do better, and think of new ways to deliver quality work.
My work environment is fast-paced and challenging, which makes it exciting and rewarding. I'm happy to be part of a supportive team that works together to achieve common goals.
New ideas are always welcome at MINDEF. We're encouraged to think out of the box and find new ways to execute our tasks efficiently.
I am thankful that my superiors have been supporting my DXO journey with opportunities to develop new skills. Their feedback and encouragement gave me the confidence to take on challenging projects.
