I started out my DXO career as a HR specialist.
After the organisation sponsored my further studies, I went on to challenge myself by taking on roles in training support, logistics, and finance.
Currently, I advise frontline commanders on financial prudence. Good stewardship of public resources is important to inspire confidence amongst Singaporeans that their money is well spent for our nation's defence.
The organisation is very dynamic. It's shaped by the ever-changing geopolitical situation and domestic considerations. This serves as motivation to constantly learn, unlearn and relearn to stay relevant.
