I believe Singapore's peace and security cannot be taken for granted. With my interest in defence matters, a career as a DXO came as a natural choice to me.
Contributing to Singapore's defence also means I'm protecting the people that matter to me.
I am surrounded by passionate colleagues and supportive superiors that embrace transformation and innovation. There is a strong culture of collaboration here.
The DXO scheme has equipped me with a diverse range of skills including negotiation, stakeholder consultation, communication, and people management. These skills will be useful for any future roles.
