I've held portfolios in IT, PR, HR and finance. This is possible through the self-empowering philosophy and deliberate design of the DXO scheme.
The diverse range of roles has made me a more rounded and effective officer. Being exposed to different personalities, aspirations and perspectives enriches me.
The dynamism here fuels my adrenaline. Things move fast and decisively as stakeholders and senior management work closely to further agendas and resolve issues.
It is meaningful to be able to chart the strategic direction of the organisation, formulate strategies and develop the course of action to deliver the desired strategic and operational outcomes for MINDEF/SAF’s mission.
