You need to be a self-starter here. My colleagues are all very motivated, driven people. That enthusiasm and energy is infectious.
The culture here is very supportive. At every point of my journey so far, I've been given leeway to decide what I want to achieve for myself and how I want to get there.
As a data scientist, I find meaning in my work by finding creative and elegant solutions to long-standing problems. My work helps improve the performance, efficiency and safety in MINDEF/SAF.
There's something for everyone. One can definitely find a place and a role that is a good fit for one's personality.
