SAF Health Screening Programme (HSP)

Please take note of the following conditions before participating:

• If you are 35 years old and above, you need to undergo the SAF Health Screening Programme (HSP). As a safety precaution, only those with a Low Cardiac Risk Outcome will be allowed to participate and be certified Fit. Similarly, if you have been certified unfit or temporarily unfit for IPPT, you will also not be allowed to participate in Fitness Improvement Training (FIT) for the same duration.
• If you develop or have a medical condition which may affect your PES grade or medical fitness, please inform your NS Unit. A medical review by the unit Medical Officer (MO) will be arranged for you and a temporary excuse will be issued or a medical board will be scheduled, if necessary. When you have a temporary PES grade, a review will be done before the expiry of your temporary PES grade.
