MINDEF Payment Services
Via MINDEF Payment Services on the NS Portal, you can make payment for Fine Under SAF Act (e.g. defaulting your IPPT), SAF Card (e.g. payment for replacement of SAF 11B), and more, using either your eNETS Debit (Internet Banking) or eNETS Credit (VISA/MasterCard).
MINDEF Payment Services are available 24 hours, 7 days a week, including public holidays.
