President Halimah Yacob will also host delegates to a dinner at the Istana on 3 June 2023.

Minister for Defence Dr Ng Eng Hen will speak at the seventh plenary session on 4 June 2023 on the topic of "Developing Models for Cooperative Security". Dr Ng will also conduct bilateral meetings with Ministers and senior officials from various countries on the sidelines of the SLD.

The SLD was established in 2002, and is the premier defence and security conference in the Asia-Pacific. Over the years, the SLD has provided a valuable, open and neutral platform for the exchange of perspectives on key defence and security issues for the Asia-Pacific.
