Adjudication Officer

What the role is

You will be a critical part of the security clearance process, and will adjudicate whether individuals meet the security requirements for accessing MINDEF/SAF classified materials.

What you will be working on

You will be required to identify persons and entities of interest for further investigation. You will also engage key stakeholders in the security clearance process and formulate security clearance frameworks, as well as conduct quality assurance checks on the security clearance process to ensure judicious use of screening and vetting resources.

What the role is

What the role is

You will lead a dynamic team to design, develop and implement the organisation's digital landscape masterplan. What the role is

What you will be working on

What the role is

What the role is

What the role is

Assistant Director (Transformation)

What the role is

You will lead a team to guide the development of key transformation initiatives with key transformation thrust owners in MSD.

What you will be working on

You are responsible to guide the development of strategic plans and work with transformation thrust owners and stakeholders in MINDEF/SAF to achieve transformation outcomes. Clinical/Counselling Psychologist

What the role is

You will be involved in the setting up of an employee wellness program in the department. This includes providing and sourcing for mental health resources and educational materials to support employees' mental health and wellness. You will draw on your expertise in psychological assessments and current trends on mental wellness to promote and manage the psychological health of employees. You may also be working with a team of psychologists to use psychological principles, tools, and operational research to meet various assessment objectives and organisational needs.

What you will be working on

You will design and implement a mental well-being program that is aligned with industry best practices to enhance the overall psychological well-being within the department. This includes awareness campaigns, encouraging help-seeking behaviour and promoting the use of psychological support services. What the role is

Intelligence Analyst

What the role is

You will be providing intelligence assessments on the latest geopolitical developments, which will aid Singapore's policy makers in making the best decisions to defend and advance Singapore's strategic interests.

What you will be working on

You will be required to carry out research on fluid geopolitical developments, worldwide trends to key threats to Singapore. What the role is

What the role is

Manager (Digital Ops)

What the role is

You will be part of the team to manage and support the organisation's requirements, maintain IT assets lifecycle and provide IT services to facilitate and resolve any issues reported.

What you will be working on

What the role is
