SAF Medicine Scholarship

Application Window

Males: Now till 13 April 2024
Females departing for studies the following year: Now till 24 August 2024

• Value of award
  • Monthly Salary
  • Full Tuition Fee Coverage
  • Book Allowance
  • Computer Subsidy
  • Accommodation Subsidies Based on Local Twin-Sharing Hostel Rates
  • Sponsorship of Overseas Electives

• Pre-requisites
  • Singaporean or a Permanent Resident intending to take up citizenship
  • Secure a place at the National University of Singapore or Nanyang Technological University to study Medicine
  • Qualify for Officer Cadet School
  • Good Co-Curricular Activity Record

• Length of Bond
  • 6 Years
  • The serving of the bond will begin from the day you return to SAF upon successful completion of studies.
    SAF bond runs concurrent with the 5-year MOH bond which is mandatory for all Medical students.
    The SAF bond will be suspended during periods of specialty training and hospital postings.

  • 6 Years
  • The serving of the bond will begin from the day you return to SAF upon successful completion of studies.

  • 4 Years
  • The serving of the bond will begin from the day you return to SAF upon successful completion of studies.
