Auxiliary Counsellor
The role of the Auxiliary Counsellor is to provide support to SAF personnel.
Pre-Requisites
- Willingness and aptitude to manage persons under extreme emotional distress on a one-to-one basis in high-stress situations
- Psychological tenacity and emotional maturity to work with grief, bereavement and/or thanatological issues
- Degree in any of the relevant fields: Counselling, psychology, social work
- Professional or voluntary experience in social services and mental health agencies under Ministry of Social and Family Development, Ministry of Health, National Council of Social Service and private mental health service providers
