Armed with a degree in Electrical and Electronics, Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, your deep specialisation will be instrumental in ensuring the readiness of our advanced aircraft and weapon systems. As an Air Force Engineer, you will lead a team of engineers to resolve complex engineering issues and spearhead engineering studies to enhance maintenance solutions. Mobilise your passion for problem-solving, and ensure our capabilities and technologies are optimised for the defence of the Nation.

As an Air Force Engineer, you will be under the Military Domain Experts Scheme (MDES).

Basic Military Training

Common Leadership Module (OCS)

Air Force Service Term (OCS)
7 weeks
Military Domain Experts Course (AFTC)
Up to 6 months

Other Requirements

  • A Degree in Electrical and Electronics, Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering;
  • or an 'A' Level/IB Certificate or relevant Diplomas in Engineering, with a place in recognised universities for the above courses
