Aug 1990
SMM shifted to Ulu Pandan Camp (Former 3 SIB).

1992
ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support) training started in SMM. The ATLS program is accredited by ACS (American College of Surgeons).

1995
Committee formed by Ministry of Health, Ministry of Home Affairs and Ministry of Defence to look into the pre-hospital healthcare needs of the population and the training of paramedics.

April - June 1996
Pioneer Batch of 4 SAF and 3 SCDF Paramedic Instructors led by MAJ David Tay Kok Kwang received training at Paramedic Academy of JIBC (Justice Institute of British Columbia).

June 1996
PAM (Patient Assessment Model) training introduced. SMM, who had been the home and cradle of the SAF medics, began training paramedics for the SCDF (Singapore Civil Defence Force).

15 Jul 1996
The Paramedic Training Programme, a collaborative project between the SAF and SCDF (Singapore Civil Defence Force) was officially launched by Mr Matthias Yao (Senior Parliamentary Secretary for Defence and National Development) and Assoc Prof Ho Peng Kee (Senior Parliamentary Secretary for Law and Home Affairs).

7 Mar 1998
SMM obtained accreditation from JIBC (Justice Institute of British Columbia) for paramedic training.
