Comd AOAS/Hd SAS started the run and SAFTIrians ran around SAFTI MI. The SAFTI MI Cohesion Run/Games was a great opportunity for all to gather and have fun while instilling a sense of belonging and forging a common SAFTI spirit.

The afternoon of 25 Nov 11 started off as a very gloomy day as the skies started to gather ominous dark clouds and by 1500hrs, it rained cats and dogs, monkeys and gorillas, followed by a roar of the thunder. As it rained heavily, the frowns and dissappointments of SAFTIrains became visible across their faces.

Fortunately by 1600hrs, the CAT1 alert cleared, so did the frowns and dissappointments of the SAFTIrians. Although the previously scheduled Frisbee Tournament was cancelled, everyone was nevertheless still smiling and excited for the SAFTI MI cohesion run.

There were two routes; a 3KM route for the fitter ones and a shorter 1.6KM route for the fit ones. Nevertheless, participants can choose to run/jog/brisk walk along the designated routes.
