The 2 day GKS CSC Seminar, titled 'Operations other than war in a coalition environment: Opportunities and challenges for Modern Armed Forces' was held on the 6th-7th Oct, with keynote speech given by BG Tung Yui Fai, Chief of Staff (General Staff), SAF. Distinguished foreign speakers were also invited to participate in the seminar, which consisted of 5 panels, with different topics. BG Tan Ming Yiak Mark, Commandant SAFTI MI, closed the seminar on the 7th Oct with the following speech.
