DXO Scheme

Different Lines of Defence.
One Shared Mission to Defend.

Embodying the same level of commitment towards defence, DXOs work together with their military counterparts to ensure Singapore's security and stability. As MINDEF's non-uniformed defence personnel, DXOs contribute to the mission by bringing along with them specialised skills and expertise drawn from their various fields and disciplines. United by this common cause, our lines of defence complement each other to secure the prosperity and progress of our nation.

Beyond the courses arranged by the HR department, you can initiate your own learning to enhance your core competencies with the training credits provided annually.

Academic Sponsorships
If you perform well, training awards and sponsorships such as the MINDEF Postgraduate Award and Part-time Degree Sponsorship are available for you to pursue further studies.
