Manpower Policy
You are part of a team of policy officers that formulates, reviews and implements manpower policies for MINDEF/SAF. This includes conducting market research and analysis to facilitate decision-making on policy reviews and make suitable recommendations on manpower policies.
I look at remuneration policies, ensuring that MINDEF/SAF servicemen are paid competitively. This is important to attract talent, and to ensure that those who are already with us are able to concentrate on defending our nation without worrying about their bread and butter.
