Finance Policy
You enable sound financial governance for MINDEF/SAF, and manage the fine balance between governance and administrative efficiency. This role calls for the proactive formulation, review and implementation of finance policies and processes to ensure that they meet evolving business requirements and stay aligned to financial regulations.
I review and formulate finance policies that maintain an adequate level of governance on the spending of our defence budget. The frameworks we put in place ensure that resources are prioritised and allocated to the right areas of Singapore's defence.
