You are responsible for the communication and implementation of National Service (NS) policies. On this, you develop and execute communication strategies targeted at both internal and external populations of interest, using a data-driven approach where appropriate. You work with multiple stakeholders across MINDEF/SAF and with Whole-of-Government (WOG) agencies. You also work with stakeholders to conduct studies related to NS, analyse sentiments and feedback on NS policies with the help of data analytics tools, and develop recommendations for specific policy, communications, and/or engagement interventions based on the findings.

You must have a tertiary qualification. Prior work experience in communications, engagement and/or policy formulation, as well as being comfortable with managing large datasets to draw useful insights from them, is preferred. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
