Navy@Vivo, everyone's favourite Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN) event will be back at VivoCity from 17 to 19 Nov, and you're all invited!

This year, it will be bigger and better: for the first time in eight years, an Endurance-class Landing Ship Tank (LST) – the RSN's largest warship – will be docking at the VivoCity Promenade!

Join the ship tour to learn more about life in the navy, and hang out with our friendly servicemen and women while checking out the Shore Exhibition that spans across three zones.

You can also take a ride on the Fast Craft Utility (FCU), which will be launched from the RSS Endeavour! There will be four FCU rides every hour.

Don't forget to catch the live performances at the amphitheatre too! Naval divers from the Naval Diving Unit (NDU) will be demonstrating the Boat Physical Training (PT), and the Singapore Armed Forces Central Band will present a special naval-themed concert for one night only on 17 Nov. The Music and Drama Company will also be performing.

Ballot for tickets to the ship visit, FCU ride, amphitheatre performances and storytelling sessions at https://go.gov.sg/NV23. Balloting closes on 22 Oct.

Take part in the LST tour to learn more about life in the navy!

Ever wondered what life on a navy ship is like? Well, wonder no more! Join the ship tour and get a first-hand look at how our servicemen and women work, fight, eat, sleep and relax while out at sea!

Learn about the "brain" and "nerve" of the ship that take control during a warfighting mission. See what on board bunks and bathrooms are like. And check out the skills of our naval chefs in whipping up delicious local dishes during the long sails!

The bridge is the brain of the ship.
The Combat Information Centre is also known as the "nerve centre" of the warship, where seaward battles are fought.

The FCUs will be launched from the well dock of RSS Endeavour and will take visitors around the southern end of Sentosa, offering a rarely-seen view of the island!

"Visitors will be brought on a journey through Singapore's maritime heritage where they can expect to see stunning views of the Singapore skyline and key maritime landmarks such as Pulau Bukom and the Keppel and Brani container terminals," said Lieutenant Colonel (LTC) Leong Ming Jie.

The 36-year-old is the Commanding Officer of RSS Endeavour and Head of Navy@Vivo's Sea Segment.

LTC Leong is looking forward to playing host to everyone visiting his and his crew's second home, and sharing the RSN's mission to keep Singapore's Sea Lines of Communication open and secure.

Catch our naval divers in action as they display strength, unity and coordination in the NDU Boat PT demonstration! They will be performing at the amphitheatre on level three of Vivocity, and you can ballot for tickets for one of the three daily performances.

ME7 Koh shared that visitors can look forward to exciting exhibitions, such as a new segment on the new Invincible-class submarines, at Navy@Vivo.

Keen to learn more about our latest Invincible-class submarines? The Shore Exhibition includes a new segment on the subs, where visitors can learn more about the elusive underwater fighting machines.

"We have launched new platforms such as the Invincible-class submarines and are making inroads in unmanned technology to enable us to do more with less. Aspects of this transformation will be put on display at Navy@Vivo this year," said Military Expert (ME) 7 Koh Cheok Wei, Chairman of Navy@Vivo 2023.

"For example, visitors will have the opportunity to visit our new submarine exhibit to better understand how underwater operations are conducted, and experience how the Navy conducts training ashore through virtual training aids," the 48-year-old explained.

Kids can enjoy a storytelling session by Navy personnel at the library@harbourfront. [File photo: Navy@Vivo 2019]

Have you ever met a sailor in real life? Parents, sign your little ones up for a storytelling session, where they can meet Navy servicemen and women and hear them read stories from the Ahoy, Navy! series! This ticketed activity will be held at the library@harbourfront, and you can ballot for tickets to each of the eight sessions on 18 and 19 Nov.
