List of TDA 2010 recipients
The Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) Day Rededication ceremony was introduced in 1987 to give employers an opportunity to publicly pledge their support for total defence and for National Servicemen (NSmen) to rededicate themselves to the defence of Singapore on the SAF Day.
Minister for Defence Teo Chee Hean presented the top Minister for Defence Award to the employers and civil resource owners. They have gone the extra mile to enable their NSmen employees to carry out National Service training, while the civil resource owners have made available to the SAF their vehicles, heavy plant equipment and other assets in resource requisition exercises.

The RECORD V committee recommends ways to recognise the contribution of Singaporeans, especially NSmen, to Total Defence; and enhance the contribution of NSmen, their families and employers to Total Defence.
