Policy/Rates
POINTER journals are available to subscribers at $12.00 for three years subscription ($1.00 per journal issue). Subscribers will also receive complimentary copies of monographs and supplements. Subscriptions can be made by downloading and completing the subscription form and sending it back via fax at 67997758 or mail with a cheque for $12 (made to Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Defence) enclosed to our address:

All active uniformed SAF Officers, Warrant Officers and Officer Cadets are compulsory subscribers. DXOs of grade 8 and above are subscribers on an opt-out basis.
