All contributors of articles selected for POINTER publication must complete a “Copyright Warranty & License Form” (available below). Under this agreement, the contributor declares ownership of the essay and undertakes to keep POINTER indemnified against all copyright infringement claims including any costs, charges and expenses arising in any way directly or indirectly in connection with it. The license also grants POINTER a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive and royalty-free right and licence:
- to use, reproduce, amend and adapt the essay, and
- to grant, in its sole discretion, a license to use, reproduce, amend and adapt the essay, and to charge a fee or collect a royalty in this connection where it deems this to be appropriate.
