Welcome to the ASEAN Defence Ministers' Meeting 2007 (ADMM).
Please find below our guidelines for coverage of the ADMM, together with the instructions regarding registration and other logistical requirements. To maintain the integrity of all venues used during the ADMM, there will be a process of security and identity screening for all media seeking access to ADMM venues, meetings and functions. As such, all media covering the event will have to register by 07 Nov 07. We regret that we will not be able to process any registration requests received after 07 Nov 07.
Access to media facilities, services and media opportunities will only be available to media representatives with valid ADMM media passes.

Media Pooling
Due to space restrictions, pooling will be necessary for some media opportunities. Pooling opportunities and arrangements will be communicated to registered media prior to the ADMM. Updates will be available at the Media Centre. Nominated media must agree to share images and footage with all media organisations.
