The mission of the SAF Centre of Leadership Development (SCLD) is to promote leadership excellence and to spearhead leadership development in the SAF. SCLD was established in Dec 02, to be the key driver to operationalise a new Masterplan for Leadership Development in the SAF.
Located within the beautiful grounds of the tri-service SAFTI Military Institute (MI), we report to the Chief of Defence Force through Commandant, SAFTI MI. As part of the SAF's Joint establishment, we are responsible for Leadership Development across the three Services and at all levels of Leadership.
