The speaker, Prof Kishore Mahbubani, was received by Comdt SAFTI MI, BG Jimmy Tan & Comdt SCSC,COL Chan Wing Kai. The topic for the evening is "The New Asia Hemisphere : The irresistible shift of power to the East". After the talk, COL Chan presented Prof Kishore with the college plaque as a token of appreciation. The talk ended with a sumptuous dinner which gave time for Prof Kishore to interact with the staff and students of SCSC.
