The speaker, GEN James N. Mattis, was received by Comdt SCSC,COL Chan Wing Kai. The topic for the evening is "The Future Security Environment and Implications for Joint and Coalition Warfighting". After the talk, COL Chan presented GEN James with the college plaque as a token of appreciation. The talk ended with a sumptuous dinner which gave time for GEN James to interact with the staff and students of SCSC.
