The focus of TRACOM's training effort has always been on meeting customers' needs and satisfying customers' requirement.
Feedback from customers provides an indication of the quality of training provided by TRACOM units to her customers. The "health state" of our core business will enable TRACOM units to focus training efforts towards implementing improvement programs and making changes to the existing processes, practices and curriculum. To further strengthen our commitment towards achieving training excellence, there is a need to establish a customer feedback system at TRACOM level, to better understand customer needs, to address their concerns and monitor customer satisfaction levels.
