In 1998, TRACOM developed a Training Performance Measurement System (TPMS) to measure its training performance and share good practices with others. It allows the top management to have a common framework of measurement across the different training institutes in the organisation, and highlights any problematic training areas to the management.
TPMS is an index-based system (known as the Training Performance Index) with a 10-point scale where higher points will indicate a healthier training function.
